Whereas the Central Government has reason to believe that the aforesaid person has absconded or is concealing him self so that the order- cannot be executed ; 3. Now, therefore, in exercise of powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-sectipn (1.) of Section .8. of. the^sai.d .Act,. the Central Government "hereby directs the • aforesaid" perVon to appear before the Commissioner of Customs & Central Excise, Chandigarh within 10 days of the publication of this order in the official Gazette.
