Amendment in Haryana Environment Department (Group A) Service Rules, 1999

(EXTRA.), MAY 11, 2022 (VYSK. 21, 1944 SAKA) HARYANA GOVERNMENT ENVIRONMENT AND CLIMATE CHANGE DEPARTMENT Notification The 11th May, 2022 No. 2/15/2022-1Env.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the provision to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Haryana Environment Department (Group A) Service Rules, 1999 namely:- 1. These rules may be called the Haryana Environment Department (Group A) Service Rules, 1999 Amendment Rules, 2022. 2. In the Haryana Environment Department (Group A) Service Rules, 1999, in rule 5, for the word/figure “Twenty Five”, the word “eighteen” shall be substituted. 3. In the Haryana Environment Department (Group A) Service Rules, 1999, in rule 5, for the word/figure “Thirty Five”, the word “Forty Two” shall be substituted.
