EXTRAORDINARY PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 133] NEW DELHI, THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 17, 2022/MAGHA 28, 1943 158/3, 159/5, 159/6 और MINISTRY OF ENVIRONMENT, FOREST AND CLIMATE CHANGE NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 16th February, 2022 G.S.R. 136(E).—Whereas, sale and use of pet coke in lime kilns in the National Capital Region (NCR) States was notified vide notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change number G.S.R. 45(E), dated the 19 th January, 2018 (hereinafter referred to as the said notification), wherein sale of pet coke are made only to the industrial units mentioned in the list annexed to the said notification as Annexure and any change in the said list shall be made on the recommendation of the concerned State Government and with the approval of the Central Pollution Control Board; And whereas, on the recommendation of the State Government of Rajasthan, the Central Pollution Control Board has approved further addition of two units for two lime kilns and amendment in the details of three existing units of lime kilns in the Annexure of the said notification; Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 3 of the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 (29 of 1986), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the said notification, namely:- In the said notification, in the Annexure, - (i) for serial numbers 32, 78 and 106 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial numbers and entries shall be substituted, namely:- “32 M/s. Sigma Minerals Ltd. K. No. 800, 801, 798, 798/1 & 797, 801/1 and 801/2, Khejarla, Tehsil- Bilara, Distt- Jodhpur, Rajasthan Chemicals K. No. 3467/1435, Village- Khinvsar, Distt- Nagaur, Rajasthan 106 M/s. Sigma Minerals Ltd. K. No. 165/21, 672/165, 158/1, 159/6 and 164 Basani, Harisingh Bhopalgarh, Distt- Jodhpur, Rajasthan (ii) after serial number 448 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial numbers and entries shall be inserted, namely:- “449 M/s. Vishnu Lime K. No. 21/1, Chataliya, Tehsil- Bawari, Distt- Jodhpur, Rajasthan 450 M/s. Prem Minerals K. No. 267/8, Gram Panchayat- Chawandiya, Godhan, Tehsil- Khinvsar, Distt- Nagaur, Rajasthan NARESH PAL GANGWAR, Addl. Secy.
