ड>14" 2C�4"] The 29 th September, 2022 S.O. 192, Date 29 Septmber, 2022—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 148 of the Bihar Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Bihar Act 12, 2017), the Governor of Bihar, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, on the recommendations on the Council, hereby rescinds the notification of the Commercial Taxes Department notification No. S.O. 164, dated the 3 rd April, 2018, published in the Bihar Gazette, Extraordinary, vide number 295, dated the 3 rd April, 2018, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such rescission.
