Establishment of a Civil Court sub-ordinate to the District Court, Pune in Pune District, presided over by the Civil Judge (Senior Division) in relation to the Revenue Tehsil of Maval in Pune District.

NOTIFICATION Maharashtra Civil Courts Act, 1869. No. Padani 2018/1099/C.R.186/DESK-11.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 21, 22A and 23 of the Maharashtra Civil Courts Act (XIV of 1869), and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf, and in partial modification of all earlier notifications issued in this behalf, in so far as they relate to the Revenue Tehsil of Maval in Pune District sub-ordinate to the District Court of Pune, the Government of Maharashtra hereby directs that, with effect from 6th Feburary, 2022,— (a) there shall be a Civil Court at Vadgaon, sub-ordinate to the District Court, Pune in Pune District ; (b) the said Court shall be presided over by the Civil Judge ( Senior Division), who shall hold his Court at Vadgaon, Tehsil Maval in Pune District and (c) the local limits of the ordinary jurisdiction of the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Vadgaon, shall comprise of the local limits of the revenue tehsils of Maval in Pune District and the said tehsils which were heretofore included within the local limits of the ordinary jurisdiction of the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Pune shall be excluded therefrom.
