No. 158 GOVERNMENT OF INDIA 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] TRANSPORT DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION Delhi, the 10th October, 2020 No. F(32)/Road Tax/TPT/2020/DC/OPS/TPT/2020/62/57916.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Delhi Motor Vehicles Taxation Act, 1962 (number 57 of 1962), the Lieutenant Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, hereby exempts the tax levied upon all Battery Electric Vehicles described in column I, II, III and IV of Part A of Schedule-I and Part B of Schedule-I of this Act w.e.f., date of issue of this notification.
