Government hereby appoints Justice Shri S. B. Sakrikar, sitting Judge of the High Court of Madhya Pradesh to hold concurrent charge of the post of Commissioner for the Welfare of the Victims of Bhopal Gas Leak Disaster, for a further period of one year with effect on and from the 15th September 1999 (afternoon).
