Extension of the boundary of Nagar Panchayat Kampil, District Farrukhabad

Lttar Pradesh Shasan In pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution of India, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no- 2798 /9-1-2022-3T.A. /21, dated September22, 2022. NOTIFICATION Lucknow- Dated September 22, 2022 WHEREAS notification no.778/IX-l-2022-3TA/21 dated July 15, 2022 was issued and published in the Gazette on the same date with a view to invite objections and suggestions from general public with respect to the inclusion of the areas specified in the Schedule below in the transitional area of Nagar Panchayat Iglas in District Aligarh as required by section 4 of the Uttar Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1916 (U.P.Act no-II of 1916). AND WHEREAS objections and suggestions received in pursuance of the said notification were disposed of vide Government order no-2676/9-1-2022- NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers under clause (2) of Article 243-Q of the Constitution read with sub-section (2) of section 3 of the Uttar Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1916 (U.P. Act no-2 of 1916) and in partial modification of Notification no. 3075 T/9-1-78 dated 10 July, 1975 and other previous notifications issued in this behalf, the Governor having regard to the population of the area, the density of the population therein, the revenue generated for local administration, the percentage of employment in non - agricultural activities and the economic importance, is pleased to include the areas specified in the Schedule below in the transitional area of Nagar Panchayat Iglas in District Aligarh for the purposes of Part IX-A of the Constitution.
