UTTAR PRADESH SHASAN STAMP EVAM NIBANDHAN ANUBHAG-2 In pursuance of provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution of India, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of Government notification no-1/2024/1579/94-S.R.-2- 2023-700(03)/2024, Dated, 12 January, 2024 Notification Order Lucknow, Dated, 12 January, 2024 In exercise of the powers under clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 9 of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 (Act no. 2 of 1899) as amended in its application to Uttar Pradesh, the Hon’ble Governor, under this notification is pleased to remit the Stamp Duty Rs. 37,50,000/-(Thirty Seven Lakh Fifty Thousand Rupees Only) chargeable on the lease deed executed between Horticulture Department, Uttar Pradesh and National Horticulture Board, Gurugram, Haryana for transferring the 10 Hectare Land, situated in village Singna, Tehsil- Kirawali, District Agra on lease without consideration for 99 years to National Horticulture Board, Gurugram Haryana, (an autonomous body under the control of Government of India) for the establishment of South Asia Regional Center of International Potato Center Peru.
