Haryana Government Gazette Published by Authority © Govt. of Haryana No. 41–2021] CHANDIGARH, TUESDAY, OCTOBER 12, 2021 (ASVINA 20, 1943 SAKA)  PART III Notifications by High Court, Advertisement, Notices and Change of Name etc. HARYANA STATE AGRICULTURAL MARKETING BOARD, PANCHKULA Notification The 6th October, 2021 No. ME-I/A-IV/2021/70526.— This is in-continuation of notification No. ME-IV-2021/69797 dated 30.9.2021 & No. ME-I/A-IV/2021/70163 dated 04.10.2021 vide which the labour rates we fixed. A note was appended to Category-‘A’ Commodity 2 (paddy), beneath the table of incidental charges, which read as under:- Note: In case the agricultural produce is procured on MSP, the incidental charges as indicated in the table above from Sr. No. (i) to (ix) excluding Sr. No. (viii) shall be borne by the purchaser whereas in case of private purchse the incidental charges indicated at Sr. No. (i) Sr. No. (iii) to (ix) shall be borne by the purchaser. A communication been received from the G.M. Haryana, Food Corporation of India, Regional Office, Panchkula vide e-mail dated 30.09.2021 wherein by referring the letter dated 24.02.2020 it has been clarified that the component of cleaning and unloading of farmers produce are included in Arhatiya’s Commission and Mandi labour charges respectively. Accordingly the Note appended to the table as mentioned above is modifying to the extent given below:- Note: “In case the agricultural produce is procured on MSP, the incidental charges as indicated in the table above from Sr. No. (i) to (ix) excluding Sr. No. (ii) & (viii) shall be borne by the purchaser. The incidental charges as indicated as Sr. No. (ii) of the table for cleaning & dressing for 50kg. and 35/37.5kg bag respectively by manual/mechanical means shall be borne by Arhatiya as per Sr. No. 3(x) of para 6 of communication dated 24.02.2020 from Government of India. However, the Arhatiya may sensitize the farmer to bring his produce to the Mandi after proper cleaning. In case of private purchase, the incidental charges indicated at Sr. No. (i) & (ii) shall be borne by seller & incidental charges from Sr. No. (iii) to (ix) shall be borne by the purchaser.” The same would be applicable to the note appended to commodity No. 3 i.e. Bajra, Mash, Moong, Moth, Massar, Sarson, Toria, Tara-mira, Til, Methi, Sunehri, Oats, Gowar, Maize, Gram (Kabli & Black), Barley, Jowar, Dry peas, Arhar, Gur, Shakkar, Khandsari, Ground-nut, Sun flower seeds (Suraj Mukhi Beej).
