AND WHEREAS an iniormation with respect thereto, or the destruction or _ obstruction thereof, or interference therewith, would be useful to an enemy ; AND WHEREAS in pursuance of clause (1) of Articlé 258 of the Constitution of India, the Ministry of Home Affairs, Gavernment.oi India has vide Notification no. 5.0.1285 dated 4% May, 1963, published in Part 1l, Section 3, Sub-section (ii} of the Gazette of India, Extraordinary dated 11" May, 1963, ‘eritrusted the functions of the Central Government to the State Government of Uttdr Pradesh in relation to any matter specified ’ in sub-clauses (c) and (d) of clause ee of section 2 of the Official Secrets Act, 1923 (Act no.19 of 1923) ; NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise ae tha 6 seen under sub-clause (d) of clause (8) of section 2 of the Official Secrets Ac{, 1923 {Act No-19 of 1923}, read with Government of india, Ministry of Home Affairs Notification No.S.O. 1285, dated 04 May, 1963 the Governor is pleased to declare the premises named, detailed and described in the Schedule giver below to be a“prahibited place" for the purposes‘of the aforesaid Act and the Governor is further pleased to direct that a copy of this notification in English and in the vernacular of the locality be affixed to the said premises, SCHEDULE Name and specifiatians of the prohibited place.
