“Ayushman Bharat – Pradhan Mantri Jan Aarogya Yojna” (AB-PMJAY) through State Health Authority

4 Qjojh 2021 4 Qjojh 2021 The 4th February 2021 S.O. 77, dated 5th February 2021—In exercise of the power, conferred by Section 22(h) in context of 22(1)(f) of Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act 1996 (27 of 1996), direction of Government of India and the rule 284 (A) of Bihar Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) (Amendment) Rule-2016, the Government of Bihar makes following provision to cover the eligible registered construction workers and their family members under “Ayushman Bharat – Pradhan Mantri Jan Aarogya Yojna” (AB-PMJAY) through State Health Authority :- 1. The Bihar Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board shall bear the actual cost of treatment of registered construction workers (Members) under Bihar Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board and their family members, those are not covered by Social, Economic and Caste Census 2. This scheme will be operated as per the directions of Ministry of Labour and Employment, Government of India and Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between SHA and Bihar Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board This will be effective from the date of its publication in Bihar Gazette.
