No. GST-1021/C.R.121B/Taxation 1. —In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) of section 11 of the Maharashtra Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Mah. XLIII of 2017), the Government of Maharashtra, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendments in the Government notification of Finance Department No. GST.1018/C.R.69(9)/Taxation-1 [Notification No. 21/2018-State Tax (Rate)], dated the 27th July, 2018, published in the Maharashira Government Gazette, Part IV-B, Extra-ordinary No. 255, dated the 27th July, 2018, namely :— In the said notification, in the TABLE,— (i) against S. No. 4, for the entry in column (2), the entry “4414” shall be substituted; (i) against S.No. 29, for the entry in column (2), the entry “7419 80” shall be substituted; 2.
