NOTIFICATION No. F-5-6/18/2009.~In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (31 of Section I of the Chhattisgarh • I Municipal Revenue (Establishment of Regulatory Commission) Act, 2011 (No. 15 of 201·1 ), the State Government, he1·eby '. constitutes a Chhattisgarh Municipal Revenue Regulatory Commission to be known as "Chhattisgarh Muni_cic pal Revenue Regulatory Commissjon". It shall come into force from 22 September 2012 in the State of Chhattisgarh. I. , The Commission shall consist of three members including the Chairperson to be appointed by the Section 3 • (4) of the Mu nicipai Revenue Regulatory Commission Act, 2011: · 2:. . The Commission shall discharge the powers and functions as conferred to it in the Municipal Revenue Com- miss1u~ Act, 2011 and anf other function the Government of Chhattisgarh as may notify from time to time. 3. The Head Office of the Commission shall be at Raipur. 4.
