UTTAR PRADESH SHASAN STAMP EVAM REGISTRATION ANUBHAG-1 In pursuance of provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no. 11/2022/1302/94-1-2022-312(25)/2022 Dated : 09 December, 2022. In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 5 and 7 of the Registration Act, 1908 (Act No. 16 of 1908) read with section 21 of the General Clauses Act, 1897 (Act no. 1 of 1897), the Governor is pleased to make the following amendment in Government notification no. 10/2022/285/94-1-2022- 312(25)/2022, dated 29 July, 2022.
