(EXTRA.), JUNE 9, 2021 (JYST. 19, 1943 SAKA) HARYANA GOVERNMENT EXCISE AND TAXATION DEPARTMENT Notification The 9th June, 2021 No. 27/X-l/P.A.1/1914/S.58/2021.— In exercise of the power conferred by sub-section (1) and sub-section (2) read with the proviso to sub-section (3) of section 58 of the Haryana Excise Act, 1914 (Punjab Act 1 of 1914), the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules, further to amend the Haryana Excise Rules, 2019, namely:- 1. (1) These rules may be called the Haryana Excise (Amendment) Rules, 2021. (2) They shall come into force on the 12th June, 2021. 2. In the Haryana Excise Rules, 2019, in rule 2, for clause (c), the following clause be substituted, namely:- “(c) “financial year” means the year commencing from the 12th June and ending on the 11th June of the following year.”.
