EXTRAORDINARY PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 319] NEW DELHI, MONDAY, JANUARY 24, 2022/MAGHA 4, 1943 MINISTRY OF ENVIRONMENT, FOREST AND CLIMATE CHANGE NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 24th January, 2022 S.O. 327(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 3 of the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 (29 of 1986), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Environment and Forests, published in the Official Gazette vide S.O. 884 (E), dated the 19 th December, 1996 , namely :— In the said notification, for the words “Justice Chandrasekhar Shankar Dharmadhikari”, the words “Justice Arun Bhaurao Chaudhari” shall be substituted. Note: The principal notification was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section(ii) vide notification number S.O.884(E), dated the 19 th December, 1996 and last amended vide number S.O.1211(E), dated the 18 th and Published by the Controller of Publications, Delhi-110054.
