UTTAR PRADESH SHASAN In pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution of India, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of Notification no. 52 /2021/1249 / VII-Nyaya-2/2021-83G/2019 T.C.-II. dated 30 December, 2021: NOTIFICATION In the exercise of the powers conferred by sub secƟon¼1½ of SecƟon 7 of the Uttar Pradesh Protection of Interest of Depositors in Financial Establishment Act, 2016(U.P. Act no.16 of 2016) the Governor with the concurrence of the Chief Justice of the Allahabad High Court, hereby nominate the District and Sessions Judge of the districts mentioned in the column no. 2 of the Schedule given below for the purpose of exercising jurisdiction and powers conferred on them under the said Act for the local limits of the area as specified in Column 3 of the said Schedule.
