Regarding authorization of competent officer

UTTAR PRADESH SHASAN In pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of article 348 of the Constitution of India, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no. 1326 /LXX-1-2002-15(03)-97 dated July 3, 2002 NOTIFICATION No. 1326/LXX-1-2002-15(03)-97 Dated, Lucknow, July 03, 2002 In exercise of the powers under sub-section (1) of section 14 of the Uttar Pradesh Regulation of Coaching Ordinance, 2002 [U.P. Ordinance no. 8 of 2002], the Governor with a view to removing the difficulty arisen in giving effect to the provisions of the said Ordinance, is pleased to make the following provision - 1.
