(Amcndmem) Rules, 2010] published in Part II, Section 3, Subsection (i) of the Gazette of India, Extraordinary:-~ For sub-rule (2) of Rule 1, the following shall be substituted, namely :- •- "(2) They shall come into force on the 1st December of 2010." -The pictorial warnings as notified in the Principal Rules, Tlie Cigamtes and Other Tobacco Products (Packaging and Labelling) Rules 2008, vide No. G.S.R. 182(E), dated 15th March, 2008 shall continue to be in force and operate accordingly tiil the date specified above.
