Mo.61(E) dated 19th January, 1994 except in respect of things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Government hereby directs that the powers exercisable by it under the provisions of the said Act as specified in the column (3) of the table below shall be exercisable also by the officers or authority as specified in column (2) of the table; namely:- TABLE Offices of the Central/ State Governments A Office of the Development Commissioner for Handlooms, Ministry of Textiles, Government of India.
