Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Bihar in seventy fourth year of the Republic of India as follows:- 1. Short title, extent and commencement.- (1) This Act may be called the Bihar State infrastructure Development Enabling (Amendment) Act, 2023 (2) It shall extend to the whole of the State of Bihar. (3) It shall come in to f~rce with immediate effect. 2. Amendmenl in Schedule-V (ii) (a) 0/ the Bih(lr State lnfrastrllcture Development Enabling Act, 2006.- 11,eShedule V (ii) (a) of the sait!Act shall be sllbstituted by Ihe/ollowing; "Government owned land would be provided at concessional lease charges for projects where ownership would revert to the Government, within the period fixed by infrastructure Development Authority from the date of grant of land" Ramesh Chand Malviya, Secreltlry.
