The 22nd April 2025 S.O. 82, Dated The 24th April 2025— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 128 of the Bihar Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Bihar Act 12, 2017), the Governor of Bihar, hereby rescinds the Commercial Taxes Department notification no. S.O. 453 dated 09.10.2024, published in the Bihar Gazette, Extraordinary, vide no. 985 dated 09.10.2024 and Commercial Taxes Department notification no. S.O. 454 dated 09.10.2024, published in the Bihar Gazette, Extraordinary, vide no. 986 dated 09.10.2024. 2.
