No. L-MISC/VI/I/2007, .-In exercise of the powers conferred by section 61 of the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board Act, 2006 (19 of 2006), the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board hereby makes the following regulations to amend the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Determination of Network Tariff for City or Local Natural Gas Distribution Networks and Compression Charge for CNG) Regulations, 2008, namely :— J. Short title and commencement, (1) These regulations may be called the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Determination of Network Tariff for City or Local Natural Gas Distribution Networks and Compression Charge for CNG) Amendment Regulations, 2014. (2) They shali come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. For regulation 6 of the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Determination of Network Tariff for City or Local Natural Gas Distribution Networks and Compression Charge for CNG) Regulations, 2008, the following shall be substituted, namely; “6. Miscellancous. if any question arises as to the interpretation of these reguiations, the same shail be decided by the Board.” [ADVT.
