NOTIFICATION Luckno; Dated: September 2022 ' WHEREAS Government Notification no.-765/IX-l-2022-34T.A./2022 dated July 15> 2022 was issued and published in the Gazette with a view to invite objections and suggestions from general public with respect to the inclusion of the areas specified in the Schedule below in the transitional area of Nagar Panchayat Ekdil, District Etwah as. required by sub-section (1) section 4 of the Uttar Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1916 (U.P. Act no-U of 1916); AND WHEREAS objections and suggestions , received in pursuance of said • notification were disposed of vide Government order no-2737/9-1-2022- NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers under ciause (2) of Article 243- Q of the Constitution of India read with sub-section (2) of section 3 of the Uttar Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1916 (U.P. Act no. 2 of 1916) and .in partial modification of Notification no.- 60/1 1-235(E) Muarikha, dated; January 01, 1916 and other previous notifications issued in this behalf, the Governor having regard to the population of the • area, the density of the Population therein, the revenue generated for local administration, the percentage of employment in ndn-agricultural activities, the economic importance and such other factors is pleased to include the areas specified in Schedule below in the transitional area of Nagar Panchayat Ekdil, District Etwah for the- ' r ’ ' purposes of Part IX-A of the Constitution of India.
