(I) These rules may be called the Settlement Commission (Income TIl.X/WeaILhTax) (Conditions of Service of Chairman and Members) Amendment Rules. 1980. 12) They shull come into force on the date of their publi- cation in the Official Gazette. 2. Contributions to General Provident Fund and Con- tributory Provident Fund ; (a) The Chairman and Members shall be entitled to make contributions towards General Provident Fund Account under the General Provident Fund (Central Services) Rules, 1~60 in the same manner Il~ any other Central Government servants. (I) These rules may be called the Appellate Tribunal for Forfeited Property (Conditions uf Service of Chairman and Members) Amendment Rules, 19110. (2) They ,~hlll1come into force on the date of their pub- lication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Appellate Tribunal for forfeited Property (Con- ditions of Service of Chairman and Members) Rules, 1978, after rule 11, the follow inK rule shall be added as rule HA, namely t-c- "11/\. Contributions to General Provident Fund and Con- tributory Provident Fund: (a) The Chairman and members shall be entitled to make contributions towards General Provident Fund Account UDder the General Provident Fund (Central Services) Rules. 1960 in the same manner 8S any other Central Government servant.
