In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 4(1) of the Tamil Nadu Lokayukta Act, 2018 (Tamil Nadu Act 33 of 2018), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby appoints the following persons for the Tamil Nadu Lokayukta:- Retired Judge of High Court of Madras Former District Judge Former District Judge 2. The Chairman and Members of Tamil Nadu Lokayukta shall hold office for the term of five years from the date on which they enter upon their office or the date on which they attain the age of 70 years, whichever is earlier.
