Uttar Pradesh Shasan Stamp Evam Registration Anubhag -2 In pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution of India, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of Government notification no. 10/2025/567/94-2-2025- 700(25)/2025, dated : 08 May, 2025 Notification Order No. 10/2025/567/94-2-2025-700(25)/2025 Lucknow, Dated : 08 May, 2025 In exercise of the powers under clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 9 of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 (Act no. 2 of 1899) as amended in its application to the State of Uttar Pradesh read with section 21 of the General Clauses Act, 1897 (Act no. 10 of 1897), the Governor, with effect from the date of the publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, is pleased to remit the stamp duty of Rs. 12,97,01,530.00 payable on the lease deed to be executed by the Government of Uttar Pradesh in favour of the Airports Authority of India relating to the 203.7828 hectares of land situated in district Ayodhya and identified for the development of Maharishi Valmiki Airport, Ayodhya.
