(The (Sazette of 3ndia C M EXTRAORDINARY PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 708] NEW DELHI, TUESDAY, DECEMBER 28, 2010/PAUSHA 7, 1932 3}*rf<I :— 2010 t l MINISTRY OF SOCIAL JUSTICE AND EMPOWERMENT NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 24th December, 2010 G.S.R. 1021(E).—In exercise ofthe powers conferred by Section 34 ofthe National Trust for Welfare of Persons with Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Mental Retardation and Multiple Disabilities Act, 1999 (44 of 1999), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the National Trust for Welfare of Persons with Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Mental Retardation and Multiple Disabilities Rules, 2000, namely : 1. (1) These rules may be called the National Turst for Welfare of Persons with Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Mental Retardation and Multiple Disabilities (Amendment) Rules, (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the National Trust for Welfare of Persons with Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Mental Retardation and Multiple Disabilities Rules, 2000, in rule 15, sub-rule (3) shall be omitted, Note:— The principal rules were published in the Gazette of India vide notification number G.S.R. 639(F), dated the 26th July, 2000 and subsequently dated the 8th March, 2002 and G.S.R. 478(E), dated the 15th July, 2005. 2 0 ( 0 ^WT^TTTTTT I # f I NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 24th December, 2010 G.S.R 1022(E). —In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of Section 35 of the National Trust for Welfare of Persons with Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Mental Retardation and Multiple Disabilities Act, 1999 (44 of 1999). (he Board, with the previous approval of the Central Government, hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Board of the Trust Regulations, 2001, namely:— 1. (1) These Regulations may be called the Board of the Trust (Amendment) Regulations, 2010. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Board of the Trust Regulations, 2001, in regulation 3, after sub-regulation (16), the following sub- regulation shall be inserted namely :-- "(I6A) Term of office of the Chief Executive Officer Unless otherwise directed by the Central Government, the term of the office of the Chief Executive Officer shall be for a period of five years from the date on which he enters upon his office or until he attains the age of sixty years, whichever is earlier/" Note:— The principal regulations were published in the Gazette of India vide notification number G.S.R. 579(E), dated the 3rd August, 2001 and subsequently amended vide notification numbers G.S.R 123(E). dated the 16th February, 2004 and G.S.R. 403(E), dated the 27th June, 2006.
