No. L-MISC/VI/I/2007.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 61 of the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board Act, 2006 (19 of 2006), the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board hereby makes the following regulations to amend the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Technical Standards and Specifications including Satety Standards for City or Local Natural Gas Distribution Networks) Regulations, 2008, namely:— 1. Short title and commencement. (1} These regulations may be called the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Technical Standards and Specifications including Safety Standards for City or Local Natural Gas Distribution Networks) Amendment Regulations, 2014. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In regulation 9 of the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Technical Standards and Specifications including Safety Standards for City or Local Natural Gas Distribution Networks) Regulations, 2008, for sub-regulation (2), the following shal! be substituted, namely: — 2) If any question arises as to the interpretation of these regulations, the same shall be decided by the Board.”.
