Extension of the limits of the area to be included in the greater urban area of Municipal Corporation Agra

UTTAR PRADESH SHASHAN NAGAR VIKAS ANUBHAG -7 In pursuance of the provisions of clause(3) of Article 348 of the Constitution, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no- 2186 /9-7-2019-04(seema NOTIFICATION In exercise of the power under clause (2) of Article 243-Q of the Constitution of India read with sub-section (2) of section 3 of Uttar Pradesh Municipal Corporation Act , 1959 (U.P.Act no. 2 of 1959), the Governor is plesased to include the area mentioned in Schedule-1 below in the larger urban area of Municipal Corporation, Agra. The Governor is further pleased to notify under clause (d) of Article 243-P of the Constitution that the boundaries of territorial area specified in Schedule- 2 after including the area mentioned in Schedule- 1 shall be the boundaries of territorial area of the Municipal Corporation, Agra.
