Reconstitution of Committee

(*J<s4H4) stRt saw CENTRAL POLLUTION CONTROL BOARD NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 28th April, 2015 Legal 4(CPCC)/15.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 4, clause (4) of the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 (Act No. 6 of 1974) and Section 6 of the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 (Act No. 14 of 1981), the Central Pollution Control Board hereby reconstitutes lite Committee as specified by the Central Government whose constitution was notified by a Notification published in the Gazette of India vide S.O. 199(E), dated 15.3.1991 in respect of the Union Territory of Chandigarh. The reconstituted committee is as follow: Secretary (Environment) Chandigarh Administration Director (Environment) Chandigarh Administration Representative of Central Pollution Control Board, (to be nominated by The Chairman, CPCB, New Delhi) Deputy Commissioner, U;T. Chandigarh Chief Engineer, U.T., Chandigarh Secretary, Indian Medical Association, Chandigarh Two Expert Member to be nominated By Chairman Scientist ‘SE’ Department of Environment, Chandigarh Administration Deputy Conservator of Forests (HQ) Department of Forests U.T., Chandigarh (i) This Notification shall came into force with immediate effect.
