Al.31.599(31), 21-8-2003 *14 MINISTRY OF ENVIRONMENT AND FORESTS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 25th May, 2010 S.O. 1328(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section 15 of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960 (59 of 1960), the Central Government on the advice of the Animal Welfare Board, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Environment and Forests Number S.O. 32(E) dated 10th January, 2003 with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the official Gazette, namely:- 2.
