No.Vetan - 1823/C.R.3/TNT-3.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) and clause (b) of sub-section (2) of section 16 of the Maharashtra Employees of Private Schools (Conditions of Service) Regulation Act, 1977 (Mah. III of 1978) and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf, the Government of Maharashtra hereby makes the following rules, the same having been previously published, as required by sub-section (3) of section 16 of the said Act, namely :— 1. These rules may be called the Maharashtra Employees of Private Schools (Conditions of Service) (Second Amendment) Rules, 2023. 2. For Schedule ‘C’ of the Maharashtra Employees of Private Schools (Conditions of Service) Rules, 1981, the following Schedule shall be substituted, namely :— “SCHEDULE ‘C’ [See rule 7 (1)] Pay Scales (with effect from the 1st January 2016 onwards).
