The 18th October 2021 S.O. 157, Dated 18th October 2021— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 96 of the Bihar Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Bihar Act 12 of 2017), the Governor of Bihar, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification S.O. No. 173, dated the 21 st September, 2017 of the Commercial Taxes Department, published in the Bihar Gazette, Extraordinary, vide number 877, dated the 21 st September, 2017, and last amended vide notification S.O. No. 158, dated the 24 th August, 2020, published in the Bihar Gazette, Extraordinary, vide number 503, dated the 24 th August, 2020, namely:- In the said notification, for serial no. (i), the figure and words ''(i) Shri Ashish Kumar, Joint Commissioner, CGST & CX, Patna-1'' shall be substituted.
