No. Farowa-2021/C.R.62/13-A.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (a), (b) and (e) of sub-section (2) of section 21 of the Maharashtra Fruit Nurseries (Regulation) Act, 1969 (Mah. XLV of 1969), and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, the Government of Maharashtra hereby make the following rules further to amend the Maharashtra Fruit Nurseries (Regulation) Rules, 1976, the same having been previously published as required by sub- section (1) of section 21 of the said Act, namely :— 1. These rules may be called the Maharashtra Fruit Nurseries (Regulation) (Amendment) Rules, 2022. 2. In rule 3 of the Maharashtra Fruit Nurseries (Regulation) Rules, 1976 (hereinafter referred to as “the principal rules”), in sub-rule (1), for the words and figures “Rs.10” the words “rupees two thousand” shall be substituted. 3. In rule 4 of the principal rules, (a) in sub-rule (1), (i) for the word, “five years”, the words “three years” shall be substituted; (ii) for the words and figures “Rs.10”, the words “rupees seven hundred” shall be substituted. (b) in sub-rule (2), for the word. “five years”, the words “three years” shall be substituted. By order and in the name of the Governor of Maharashtra, Deputy Secretary to Government.
