Short title and commencement. - (1) These regulations may be called the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Petroleum and Natural Gas Register) Amendment Regulations, 2010. (2) These regulations shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Petroleum and Natural Gas Register) Regulations, 2010, G@) in sub-regulation (1) of regulation 4, for the words “prescribed under sub-regulation (1) of regulation 5”, the words “prescribed under regulation 5” shali be substituted; and (ii) in sub-regulation (3) of regulation 4, for the words “prescribed under sub-regulation (2) of regulation 5”, the words “prescribed under regulation 5” shall be substituted.
