Short title and commencement. (1) These regulations may be called the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Determining Capacity of Petroleum, Petroleum Products and Natural Gas Pipeline) Amendment Regulations, 2014. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In regulation 9 of the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Determining Capacity of Petroleum, Petroleum Products and Natural Gas Pipeline) Regulations, 2010, for sub- regulation (1), the following shall be substituted. namely : “(1) If any question arises as to the interpretation of these regulations, the same shall be decided by the Board.”.
