Government of Punjab Department of Industries and Commerce (Policy Implementation Unit) Notification The Governor of Punjab is pleased to make following amendments in ‘Industrial & Business Development Policy-2017’ notifled vide No, CC/Addl.dir/Industrial & Business Development/2017/1369 dated 17/10/2017 and further amended on 07-08-2018 and 31-07- 2019 and Detailed Schemes & Operational Guidelines, 2018 notified on 07.08.2018: - |. After Sr. No. (x) of clause 10.6 of Chapter 10 of Industrial & Business Development Policy, 2017 the following shall be inserted: (xi). Oxygen Production units except oxygen refilling units, with minimum oxygen production capacity of 5 MT per day, Oxygen Cylinder Manufacturers/ fabricators and Oxygen concentrator manufacturing units. ll, After Sr. No. (x) of clause 2.22 of Chapter — 2 of Detailed Schemes & Operational Guidelines-2018 the following shall be be inserted: {xi}. Oxygen Production units except oxygen refilling units, with minimum oxygen production capacity of 5 MT per day, Oxygen Cylinder Manufacturers/ fabricators and Oxygen concentrator manufacturing units.
