No. 79 Dated- 21th October, 2019 - In exercise of the powers conferred by section 164 of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (12 of 2017), the Government of Jharkhand, on the recommendations of the Council, and on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of Jharkhand, Commercial Taxes Department No.22/2019- State Tax, dated the 11th June, 2019, published in the Gazette of Jharkhand, Extraordinary, vide S.O.
