Uttar Pradesh Shasan Rajaswa Anubhag-11 In pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution of India, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of Notification no. 101/One-11-2024-2(G)/2013 dated 16 Febuary, 2024 : NOTIFICATION Dated: 16 Febuary, 2024 In exercise of the powers under section 14 of the Disaster Management Act, 2005 (Act no. 53 of 2005) read with section 21 of the General Clauses Act, 1897 (Act no. 10 of 1897), the Governor is pleased to make the following amendment in Government Notification no. 3296/1-11-2005- 44(G) - 2005 dated November 24, 2005 : AMENDMENT In the aforesaid notification for the existing second paragraph , the following paragraph shall be substituted, namely:- "The Governor is further pleased to direct that the aforesaid Authority shall consist of the Chairperson and the members as mentioned below :- 1. The Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh - Chairperson (Ex- officio) 3. The Minister for Agriculture Department - Member 4. The Minister for Urban Development Department - Member 5. The Minister for Water Resources and Flood Control Department - Member 6. The Minister of State (Independent) for Aayush Department, - Member 7. The Chief Secretary, Uttar Pradesh - Member (Ex- officio ) 8. The Additional Chief Secretary/Principal Secretary , Home - Member 9. The Additional Chief Secretary/Principal Secretary, Revenue - Member (Coordinator) Special Invitees- 1- Agriculture Production Commissioner, Uttar Pradesh 2- The Additional Chief Secretary /Principal Secretary, Finance 3- Relief Commissioner, Uttar Pradesh " By order, (Sudhi _ Additional Chief Secretary .
