oP>T (The (Baxette of 3 n d i a EXTRAORDINARY PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 246] NEW DELHI, FRIDAY, MARCH 31, 2017/CHAITRA 10, 1939 MINISTRY OF YOUTH AFFAIRS AND SPORTS (Department of Youth Affairs) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 30th March, 2017 G.S.R. 310(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section(2) read with sub-section (3) of the section 32 of the Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development Act, 2012 (35 of 2012) and with the prior approval of the Visitor, the Executive Council hereby makes the following amendments to the First Statutes of the Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development 2013, namely : (1) These Statutes may be called the First Statutes of the Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development (Third Amendment) Statutes,2017 (2) It shall come into force with effect from the date of publication of this Gazette. 3. Clause (a)Schedule – I of the First Statute shall be substituted as under: “The Director shall be entitled to furnished office cum residential accommodation in the campus of the Institute with a License Fee as per CPWD norms ( or as proposed by Executive Council from time to time)”. 4. Clause (a) of Schedule II of the First Statute may be deleted.
