Uttar Pradesh Shasan In pursuance of the provisions of . clause (3) of Article 348 of -the yr Constitution, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of Notification no- /9-1-2022-25TAZ22,'- S dated July )£ 2022. ' I- NOTIFICATION No- W/9-1-2022-25TA/22 The following draft notification whlchthe Governor proposes to issue in exerc,s® of the powers under clause (2) of Article 243^0 of the Constitution of India read with sub-section (2) of section 3 of the:UttarPradesh"Municipalities Act, 1916 (U.P.Act no¬ il of 1916) (hereinafter referred to as the "said Act") and in partial modification of • Notification no. 349 Muarikha dated 1.1th March, 1889 and other previous notifications issued in this behalf, including the areas specified in the Schedule below in the transitional.area of Nagar Panchayat Jaidpur in District Barabanki, is hereby published for the information, of all. concerned and with a view to invite objections and suggestions in respect thereof as required under sub- section (1) of section 4 of the said Act. 2. Objections or suggestions, if any, with respect to the proposed notification should be sent in writing addressed to the Pramukh Sachiv, Uttar Pradesh Shasan, Nagar Vikas Anubhag-1, Bapu Bhawan, Lucknow. Only such objections and suggestions shall be taken into consideration as are received within fifteen days from the date of publication of this notification in the Gazette. In exercise of the powers under clause (2) of Article 243-Q of the Constitution read with sub-section (2) of section 3 of the Uttar Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1916 (U.P. Act no-2 of 1916) and in partial' modification of Notification no. 349 Muarikha, dated 11th March, 1889 and other, previous notifications issued in this behalf, the Governor having regard to the population of the area, the density of the population therein, the revenue generated - for.- local administration, the percentage of employment in non- agriculturalactivitiesi^ economic importance, is pleased to include the areas specified in the Schedule below in the transitional area of Nagar Panchayat Jaidpur in District Batabanki for the purposes of Part IX-A of the Constitution. ^5 Scanned with OKEN Scanner CJ?
