EXTRAORDINARY PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 284] NEW DELHI, FRIDAY, MAY 28, 2021/JYAISHTHA 7, 1943 1 9000 1म000 1म00’’ MINISTRY OF ENVIRONMENT, FOREST AND CLIMATE CHANGE NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 28th May, 2021 G.S.R. 350(E).—Whereas, sale and use of pet coke in lime kilns in the National Capital Region (NCR) States was notified vide notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change number G.S.R. 45(E), dated the 19th January, 2018, wherein sale of pet coke are made only to the industrial units mentioned in the list annexed to the said notification as Annexure, and any change in the said list shall be made on the recommendation of the concerned State Government and with the approval of the Central Pollution Control Board; And whereas, on the recommendation of the State Government of Rajasthan, the Central Pollution Control Board has approved further addition of 2 lime kilns and amendment in the details of 2 lime kilns in the Annexure of the notification mentioned above. Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 3 of the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 (29 of 1986), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the aforesaid notification, namely:- In the said notification, in the Annexure, - (i) for serial numbers 106 and 117 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial numbers and entries shall be substituted respectively, namely: - “106. Sigma Minerals Limited K.No.155, 155/1, 157, 158/3, 159/5, 159/6, 164 Basni Harisingh, Tehsil- Bhopalgarh, District Jodhpur, Rajasthan “117. M/s. Mahaveer Chemicals K.No. 165/929 Manakpur, Mundwa, Tehsil Merta, District Nagaur, Rajasthan (ii) after serial number 444 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial numbers and entries shall be added, namely:- Industries K.No. 548, Bhawanda, Tehsil-Khinvsar, District Nagaur, Rajasthan 446. M/s. Skylar Minerals K. No. 882/552, Tadawas, Tehsil- Khinvsar, District- Nagaur, Rajasthan NARESH PAL GANGWAR, Jt. Secy.
