(i) This scheme may be called the Bhopal Gas Leak Disaster (Registra- tion and Processing of Claims) Amendment Scheme, 1995; (ii) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Offi- cial Gazette. 2. In the Bhopal Gas Leak Disaster (Registration and Processing of Claims) Scheme, 1995, in sub-paragraph (3) of paragraph 13 after the word "Commis- sioner" the following words shall be inserted, namely :— "or Commissioner-in-Charge in the absence of the Commissioner" [File No. 21|1|95-B. No. 751 (E) dt, the 24th September, 1985 subsequently was amended vide G.S.R. 927(E) dt. the 19th November, 1987, G.S.R.
