Constitution of District Skill Development Authority for each district in the State of Chhattisgarh

I r I sfilmi 456 ]- • (ct,) ~~ (ti) ~. ~~ ~ ~~ ~~~~ New Raipur, the 1st October 2013 NOTIFICATION No. F 9-07/20 I 3/MPP/42.- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (d) of Section 2 of the Chhattisgarh Right of Youth to Ski! roevelopment Act, 2013 (No. 17 of2013), the State Government, hereby, constitutes District Skill Development Authority for each district in the State of Chhanisgarh with the following composition in order to implement the provisions of the said Act at district level, namely:- (a) (b) (c) (d) (e) (f) (g) (h) (i) District Collector Chief Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat Assistant Director, the Chhattisgarh State Skill Development Authority (district in-charge) Three Persons representing industry, trade and commerce Three Persons, on·e of whom shall be a person with disability representing educational institutions engaged in technical, agricultural, medical, vocational and management education. · One person representing Vocational Training Providers in the district One woman with background in skill development to be nominated by the Chairperson ofthc District Planning Committee. . Five members representing Panchayati Raj Institutions in the district, to be nominated by the Chairperson of the District Planning Committee, one of whom shall be from the Schedule~ Castes, one from the Scheduled Tribes, and one from the Other Backward Classes. Five members representing Local Urban Bodies in the district, to be nominated \>y the Chairperson of the District Planning Committee, one of whom shall be from the Scheduled Castes, one from the Scheduled Tribes, and one from the other Backward Classes. I Development Authority may extend invitations to experts or officers of the State Government, not exceeding three in number, who in its opinion can contribute in its deliberations. 3. Names of persons against the categories listed at serial No. (d) to (f) mentioned above, shall be notified separately. V 912 ( I ) New Raipur, the 1st October 2013 No. F 9-07/20 I 3/MPP/42 .- Whereas, in accordance with the Notification No. F 9-07/20 I 3/MPP/42 Naya Raipur, dated I "/th September, 2013 read with Section 6 of the Chhattisgarh Right ofYouth to Skill Development t\ct, 2013 (No. 17of2013), the Chhattisgarh State Skill Development Mission stands dissolved and all its assets, liahilities and · contractual obligations on its part or accruing to it shall be deemed to be those of the Chhattisgarh State Skill And therefore, exercising the powers conferred by clause (k) of Section 2 of the Chhattisgarh Right of Youth to Skill Development Act, 20 13 (No. 17 of 2013), the State Government, hereby, constitutes the Chhattisgarh State Skill Development Authority which shall be a Body Corporate, having a perpetual succession, a common seal and may by the said name sue or be sued.
