No. PNGRB/CGD/REGULATIONS/AMEND-2015.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 61 of the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board Act, 2006 (19 of 2006), the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board hereby makes the following regulations, namely:- 1. Short title and commencement. (1) These regulations may be called the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Authorizing Entities to Lay, Build, Operate or Expand City or Local Natural Gas Distribution Networks) Amendment Regulations, 2015. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Inthe Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Authorizing Entities to Lay, Build, Operate or Expand City or Local Natural Gas Distribution Networks) Regulations, 2008, in regulation 5, in sub-regulation (8), for the words “fone hundred and twenty days}’, the words “[sixty days]” shall be substituted. Further, in sub-regulation (8), the following proviso shall be added, namely:— “Provided that the Board may extend the date for submission of bid for a period not exceeding thirty days for the Teasons to be recorded in writing and the decision in this regard shall be webhosted.” [ADVT III/4/Exty./188/14] Foot Note: Principal regulations were notified vide No. G.S.R. 196(E), dated 19th March, 2008 and subsequently REGULATIONS/REVIEW-2011-III dated 21st June, 2013, F.
