Haryana Government Gazette EXTRAORDINARY Published by Authority © Govt. of Haryana No. 224-2023/Ext.] CHANDIGARH, THURSDAY, DECEMBER 21, 2023 (AGRAHAYANA 30, 1945 SAKA) fnukad 21 fnlEcj] 2023 vadqj xqIrk] HARYANA GOVERNMENT ANIMAL HUSBANDRY AND DAIRYING DEPARTMENT Notification The 21st December, 2023 No. 5159(CFMS)-AH-4-2023/7991.— In exercise the powers conferred by sub section (i) of section 35 of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960 (59 of 1960) and in continuation of the Haryana Government, Animal Husbandry and Dairying Department Notification No. 1305(CFMS)-AH-4-2022/2886 dated 26.05.2022, the Governor of Haryana is hereby De-notify the infirmaries namely Gau Manav Seva Trust, Village Uncha Ghav, Ballabhgarh, district Faridabad and notify Devashray Gaushala, Sarvodaya Foundations, Neemka, Faridabad as new infirmaries for the purpose of the said section.
