Notification The 26th March, 2021 No. ME-I-A-III-2021/22141.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 44 of the Haryana Agricultural Produce Markets Act, 1961 and all other powers enabling it in this behalf, the Haryana State Agricultural Marketing Board in supersession of all previous notifications, confirms and notifies the following amendments in the Bye-Laws of the Market Committees: AMENDMENTS The existing sub-clause (i) of Bye-Law No. 28 (Category ‘A’, ‘B’, ‘C’, ‘D’, ‘E’ and ‘F’) of the Bye-Laws of the Market Committees shall be substituted by the following: (i) For the services actually rendered by them in connection with sale, purchase, storage and processing of agricultural produce, different market functionaries. Whether licensed or not, shall not demand or receive remuneration, in excess of the rates specified below:- Category- ‘A’ Commodity No. 1 (Wheat only) Incidental charges Payable by seller Rates in rupees per bag for 50 Kg. (ii) Cleaning & dressing (manually) Cleaining & dressing (by machine) Rs. 1.81 Rs. 3.27 Note: For rendering actual services, Nothing will be charged if produce is already cleaned). Market charges (Payable by buyer per unit for 50 Kg.) These operations will be performed by Commission Agents/Katcha Arhtiyas. (i) Filing & placing the unit on the platform/balance. Rs. 3.00 (iii) Unloading from the balance Rs. 1.56 Or Stitching (by Machine) (Including best quality sutli/thread) Rs. 1.50 (Rs. 0.58+0.92) Rs. 1.80 (Rs.0.60+1.20) (i.e. cost of sutli is Rs. 0.60 in each case) PART III] HARYANA GOVT. (ix) Marka (including cost of colour) Rs. 0.20 per bag (x) Temporary stacking Rs. 0.20 per bag Commodities No. 3: Bajra, Mash, Moong, Moth, Massar, Sarson, Toria, Tara-mira, Til, Methi, Sunehri, Oats, Gowar, Maize, Gram (Kabli & Black), Barley, Jower, Dry peas, Arhar, Gur, Shakkar, Khandsari, Ground-nut, Sun flower seeds (Suraj Mukhi Beej).
