Uttar Pradesh Shasan Nagar Vikas Anubhag- 1 In pursuance of the provis ions of clause (3 ) of Article 348 of the Constitution of India , the Governor is pleased to order the pub l ication of the fo l lowing Engl i sh trans lation of notification no-25 1 2/9- 1 -2020- 1 2T .A./20 dated December/ D , 2020 . NOTIFICATION No- 25 1 2/9- 1 -2020- 1 2T.A. /20 WHEREAS notification no- 1 23 7/IX- l -2020- 1 2TA-20 dated November 26, 2020 was issued and publ ished in the Gazette on the same date with a view to invite obj ections and suggestions from general publ ic with respect to the inc lusion of the areas specified in the Schedule below in the trans itional area of Nagar Panchayat Auras in District Unnao as required by section 4 of the Uttar Pradesh Municipal ities Act, 1 9 1 6 (U.P .Act no- I I of 1 9 1 6) . AND WHEREAS no objection or suggestion has been received within the stipulated time; NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers under c lause- (2) of Article 243 -Q of the Constitution read w ith sub-section (2) of section 3 of the Uttar Pradesh Municipaliti es Act, 1 9 1 6 (U .P . Act no-II of 1 9 1 6) , and in partial modification of notification no . 2788-T/9- l -44-T( l )/70, dated August 0 1 , 1 972 and other previous notifications i ssued in this behalf, the Governor is pleased to inc lude the areas specified in the Schedule below in the transitional area of Nagar Panchayat Auras in District Unnao for the purposes of Part IX-A of the Constitution.
